You also may receive extensive maintenance beyond the initial implementation of Controlling-on-Demand^®.

This is how it works:

1. Installation and adaptation

Your company will have a management information system installed which will be customised to the specific requirements of your firm.

2. Reporting

Every month your data will be updated automatically. You will always have an overview of the current situation of your company’s data. We will also set up the automatic production of reports for your managerial staff or your bank. On request we will discuss the results and develop a new catalogue of measures with you. The success of these measures can be verified by reports.

3. Further development

Your management information system will be continuously developed further and adjusted to the current situation and demands.

4. Coaching

We are happy to share our knowledge about effective controlling and the employment of economic methods with your managerial or controlling staff.
